LITERASI SIMPEL RISET PADA SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR DI SEKOLAH ALAM INDONESIA PALEMBANG

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat literasi riset sederhana di kalangan siswa sekolah dasar. Literasi riset memberikan pondasi penting untuk pengembangan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan rasa ingin tahu, yang merupakan elemen kunci dalam kurikulum pendidikan dasar. Dengan pendekatan yang menyenangkan dan interaktif, tim pengabdi berusaha meningkatkan minat belajar anak-anak dan memberikan bekal awal bagi perkembangan pemikiran ilmiah. Kegiatan ini melibatkan penyelenggaraan penyuluhan literasi riset, sesi eksperimen sederhana, dan pembimbingan untuk siswa dalam merancang penelitian mini. Kolaborasi dengan guru dan orang tua menjadi kunci keberhasilan program ini. Metoda yang digunakan adalah pendekatan berbasis proyek untuk meningkatkan partisipasi aktif siswa dan memberikan kesempatan praktik langsung dalam merancang dan menyajikan penelitian mereka. Evaluasi kegiatan ini diperoleh hasil siswa mengalami peningkatan secara kognitif, afektif serta psikomotor dimana terjadi peningkatan keaktifan dalam bertanya, berdiskusi dan praktik langsung pembuatan proposal simple riset. Kegiatan ini dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan pendidikan dasar dengan memperkuat literasi riset sederhana sebagai bagian integral dari kurikulum. Dengan melibatkan seluruh komponen pendidikan, lingkungan belajar yang mendukung pengembangan siswa sebagai pembelajar yang kreatif, kritis, dan berbasis penelitian dapat terwujud.
