BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA ASN DI KALIMANTAN SELATAN

Hubungan antara keberhasilan organisasi & budayanya sudah diteliti secara ekstensif. Para sarjana menurut negara maju & berkembang sudah menilik interaksi antara aneka macam organisasi. Meskipun terdapat konvensi bahwa keduanya mempunyai interaksi yg baik, para ulama tidak sinkron pendapat mengenai sejauh mana interaksi itu. Sementara para peneliti putusan bulat bahwa budaya organisasi yg bertenaga menaikkan efisiensi ASN, sejauh mana hal itu dilakukan merupakan suatu hal yg diperdebatkan. Penulis makalah ini memakai tinjauan pustaka buat menilik efek budaya organisasi terhadap tindakan, sikap, & efisiensi ASN. Makalah ini dimulai menggunakan memperdebatkan aneka macam makna "budaya" & apa yg dimaksud menggunakan budaya organisasi. Kami lalu memakai bukti & literatur menurut semua global buat mengeksplorasi efek budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja ASN. Budaya organisasi sudah ditemukan mensugesti tindakan & loyalitas ASN pada perusahaan & efisiensi mereka, baik secara pribadi juga nir pribadi. Namun, belum dipengaruhi fitur budaya perusahaan mana yg mempunyai efek terbesar & membentuk pengembalian investasi terbesar.
