Abstract

Digital transformation has made students active users of social media, chat apps, online games, and artificial intelligence-based services. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to strengthen the digital legal literacy of students at Singosari Delitua Private High School through the topic "Gen-Z Aware of Digital Law: Legal Literacy Clinic to Prevent AI-Based Fraud, Cyberbullying, Misuse of Personal Data, and Violations of the ITE Law." The activity was held on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at Singosari Delitua High School by a cross-university community service team. The method used was participatory education with a case clinic approach, discussions, simulations, and reflection on student commitment. The material was compiled from the Student Digital Law Pocket module and enriched with regulations, international reports, journal articles, and the latest web materials from the last five years. The results of the activity indicate that the digital legal literacy clinic model helps students understand the risks of digital footprints, recognize signs of AI-based fraud, differentiate between jokes and cyberbullying, safeguard personal data, and exercise freedom of expression politely and responsibly. This PKM emphasizes digital legal literacy as a humanistic mentoring process so that students can enjoy technology without harming themselves or others.
