PENGARUH TEKNIK RELAKSASI AUTOGENIK TERHADAP TINGKAT KECEMASAN IBU HAMIL PRIMIGRAVIDA

Terdapat banyak masalah dan keluhan selama kehamilan salah satunya masalah psikologis berupa kecemasan selama hamil. Penatalaksanaan kecemasan dapat dilakukan dengan menejemen nonfarmakologi. Relaksasi autogenik adalah salah satu terapi nonfarmakologi dengan menggunakan diri sendiri sebagai pusat terapi dengan menggunakan kata-kata afirmasi yang dapat menenangkan pikiran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik relaksasi autogenik terhadap tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil primigravida. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-eksperimental dengan one group pretest- posttest. Subjek penelitian diambil dari seluruh ibu hamil yang berkunjung di puskesmas Merdeka Palembang dengan mengunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 34 orang. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Merdeka Palembang. Pada penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kecemasan responden menurun dengan tingkat kecemasan sebelum intervensi sebesar (64,7%) kecemasan sedang dan (35,3%) kecemasan ringan, sedangkan setelah relaksasi autogenik responden mengalami tingkat kecemasan ringan (55,9), tidak mengalami kecemasan (35,3%), kecemasan sedang (8,8%). Dari Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa relaksasi autogenik dapat menurunkan tingkat kecemasan (p-value=0,000 < α=0,05) secara bermakna. Dari hasil tersebut pelayanan kesehatan perlu menerapkan relaksasi autogenik sebagai salah satu metode untuk menruurnkan tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil.
