Authors are not permitted to withdraw manuscripts that have been submitted/submitted to the editor, because in the submission process there has been an indirect agreement that this article is not in/in the process of being reviewed/late in publication in another journal, besides that it has also wasted the editor's time and/or Very valuable reviewer. Editors and reviewers have spent a lot of time processing submitted manuscripts, costs and work invested by publishers.

It is unethical to withdraw a manuscript submitted from one journal if it is accepted by another journal. Withdrawal of the manuscript is only permitted after the Editor approves. If not, then a fine of IDR 1,000,000 will be imposed.

As long as the fine is not paid, the article becomes the full property of the Jurnal Ilmu Kesehatan dan Psikologi (SIKONTAN)
