PERAN CITRA TUBUH DAN DUKUNGAN SOSIAL TERHADAP TINGKAT STRES PENDERITA LUPUS

Lupus adalah penyakit autoimun yang memengaruhi banyak sistem tubuh dalam periode yang berbeda. Penderita lupus akan mengalami dua kondisi flare dan remission. Risiko odapus mengalamai flare akan meningkat dan diperparah dengan kehadiran stres. Penderita lupus mengalami perubahan fisik akibat gejala penyakit serta efek pengobatan. Hal ini menyebabkan perubahan citra tubuh pada penderita lupus. Dukungan sosial dapat mengurangi tekanan psikologis yang dialami karena dapat meningkatkan kemampuan coping seseorang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran citra tubuh dan dukungan sosial terhadap tingkat stres. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 158 penderita lupus yang berusia 18-60 tahun dan telah mendapat diagnosis lupus minimal 1,5 tahun. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), Multidimensional Body Self Relations Questionnaire-Appearance Scales (MBSRQ-AS), dan Social Provision Scale (SPS). Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan Jamovi 1.6.21. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan citra tubuh dan dukungan sosial memiliki peran yang signifikan negatif terhadap tingkat stres pada penderita lupus. Variabel dukungan sosial diketahui lebih memiliki peran terhadap tingkat stres.
