CAREER SEARCH EFFICACY SCALE: SEBUAH TINJAUAN LITERATUR NARATIF

Dunia kerja yang berubah dan ketidakstabilan karir menyebabkan adanya tuntutan baru mengenai kesiapan karir di perguruan tinggi. Salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan kerja adalah self-efficacy. Self-efficacy merupakan konsep mengenai keyakinan atas kemampuan diri yang digagas oleh Bandura. Studi ini merupakan sebuah tinjauan naratif mengenai alat ukur yang dikembangkan dari teori self-efficacy Bandura, yakni Career Search Efficacy Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Solberg dkk. Tujuan dari studi literatur ini adalah meningkatkan literasi mengenai CSES terkait dengan faktor yang termuat dalam alat ukur, validitas dan reliabilitas serta penggunaan praktis alat ukur ini untuk mengukur variabel yang memiliki keterkaitan atau hubungan. Alat ukur ini memiliki 35 item yang terbagi dalam empat faktor, yakni personal exploration, career exploration dan job exploration. CSES telah mengalami uji validitas diskriminan dan konvergen, selain itu alat ukur ini juga telah mengalami uji reliabilitas internal dengan hasil mencapai .87 sampai .95.
