Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan mahasiswa Manajemen Keuangan melalui pembelajaran kontekstual pada lokasi agribisnis Uma Khalifah di Kabupaten Gowa. Uma Khalifah merupakan usaha pertanian sayuran tahunan yang memiliki potensi sebagai ruang edukasi agribisnis, praktik pertanian berkelanjutan, inovasi produk, serta pengelolaan usaha berbasis ekonomi sirkular. Informasi publik menunjukkan bahwa Uma Khalifah mengembangkan aktivitas pertanian berkelanjutan, restorasi tanah, dan praktik agribisnis berbasis kebun kolektif. Selain itu, kegiatan terdahulu pada Uma Khalifah telah diarahkan pada penerapan greenhouse-circular economy, inovasi olahan cabai rawit, pengemasan produk, serta pemasaran melalui media sosial resmi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif-edukatif melalui observasi lapangan, diskusi bersama pengelola, identifikasi model usaha, analisis sederhana biaya dan pendapatan, serta penyusunan rekomendasi penguatan manajemen keuangan usaha agribisnis. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa memperoleh pemahaman praktis mengenai hubungan antara produksi pertanian, pengolahan hasil, pengemasan, pemasaran digital, pencatatan keuangan, dan pengambilan keputusan usaha. Kegiatan ini juga memperkuat kesadaran mahasiswa bahwa manajemen keuangan tidak hanya relevan pada sektor korporasi, tetapi juga penting dalam pengembangan agribisnis lokal yang berkelanjutan.
