HUBUNGAN ANTARA BEBAN PEKERJAAN, MEANINGFUL WORK, TURNOVER INTENTION, DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN

Sebuah perusahaan akan berjalan dengan baik apabila ada kerjasama antara atasan dan bawahan. Komunikasi yang terjailin dengan baik salah satu faktor kelancaran sebuah produktivitas. Pekerjaan yang diberikan setiap hari menjadi tolak ukur apakah karyawan tersebut kompeten dalam bidangnya atau tidak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah beban kerja dapat mempengaruhi meaningful work, turnover intention dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 145 orang yang berada di wilayah Bekasi yang merupakan karyawan dengan waktu bekerja lebih dari satu tahun, dengan mengumpulkan data dengan melakukan penyebaran kuisioner secara online yang dilakukan pada bulan februari 2022. Untuk menguji model penelitian, studi ini menggunakan SEM Lisrel. Sehingga diperoleh hasil pengolahan data sebagai berikut: beban kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap meaningful work, namun meaningful work tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, begitu pula dengan beban kerja yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, beban kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan.
