CREATIVE SELF-EFFICACY SEBAGAI MODERATOR DALAM PENGARUH JOB AUTONOMY TERHADAP PERILAKU KERJA INOVATIF KARYAWAN STARTUP

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran moderasi creative self-efficacy pada pengaruh job autonomy terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif karyawan startup. Pemberian job autonomy yang tinggi dalam desain pekerjaan tidak selalu diiringi dengan pemunculan perilaku kerja inovatif yang tinggi pula dari karyawannya. Perbedaan karakteristik personal karyawan menjadi penyebab terjadinya perbedaan tersebut. Creative self-efficacy menjadi salah satu faktor personal yang dapat menjelaskannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 98 karyawan perusahaan startup. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa creative self-efficacy terbukti secara signifikan memoderasi pengaruh job autonomy terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif karyawan.
