Article Withdrawal Policy

  1. Article Withdrawal Confirmation

    • Authors wishing to withdraw their article from SIBATIK Journal must provide formal confirmation to the journal's management.

  2. Article Withdrawal Process

    • If the article has not been processed after the author's confirmation and a period of 1 month has passed, the article withdrawal will be considered automatic, and no further action is required from the author.

  3. Withdrawal Within Less Than 1 Month

    • If the article is withdrawn within less than 1 month after confirmation, the author is required to submit an official withdrawal letter signed by the academic advisor.

    • The withdrawal letter must include a valid and logical reason that can be academically justified.

  4. Non-Compliance and Penalties

    • If the author fails to comply with the above policies, the author will be subject to a penalty fee of IDR 1,000,000.

    • The journal reserves the right to raise objections with the author’s academic advisor or institution regarding the non-compliance.

  5. Final Decision

    • The final decision regarding the article withdrawal rests entirely with the SIBATIK Journal, considering adherence to the applicable procedures.
