It examines how teachers' emotional intelligence affects their interactions with students, the classroom environment, and overall student engagement and academic performance. Using a qualitative research design, the study collected data through semi-structured interviews and classroom observations with 20 teachers and 60 students from rural secondary schools. The findings reveal that teachers with high EI demonstrate stronger self-awareness, empathy, and emotional regulation, which foster positive teacher-student relationships and create emotionally supportive learning environments. Students of emotionally intelligent teachers reported feeling more engaged, confident, and academically motivated. However, the study also identified challenges faced by rural teachers, such as emotional burnout and lack of institutional support, which hindered their ability to fully apply their emotional intelligence. The study emphasizes the need for targeted professional development programs to enhance EI in teachers, especially in rural schools where socio-economic and emotional challenges are more pronounced. The results underline the importance of EI in promoting academic success and emotional well-being for students, highlighting the critical need for EI-focused teacher training to improve educational outcomes in rural settings.
Amaal Kasheem, Najah Baroud, Sumaia Khamis Almajri Copyright (c) 2025 Amaal Kasheem, Najah Baroud, Sumaia Khamis Almajri https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://publish.ojs-indonesia.com/index.php/SIBATIK/article/view/3158 Fri, 27 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0000 PASAR RAKYAT SEBAGAI JEMBATAN REKONSILIASI: MEMBANGUN HUBUNGAN MASYARAKAT ANTARA WARGA EKS TIMOR-TIMUR DAN WARGA TIMOR -LESTE https://publish.ojs-indonesia.com/index.php/SIBATIK/article/view/3039
This study aims to see how the people's market of the Motaain PLBN acts as a social space that supports post-conflict reconciliation between Indonesian and Timor Leste citizens. Using a qualitative approach and Pierre Bourdieu's theory of social practice, this study analyzes four main aspects: habitus, capital, arena, and social practice. The findings show that the market is not only an economic space, but also a place where new, more open, and harmonious social relations are built. Buying and selling activities in the market bring together citizens of the two countries regularly, strengthen existing social and cultural capital, and create social practices that support a peaceful and sustainable life together.
Alexandra Cordanis Ferreira, Kristianus Simon H. The simplification of these provisions has brought in practice various problems. The absence of a notary position in the establishment of an Individual PT can result in a legal vacuum when determining the clarity of the deed and the authenticity of the deed that is opened online in recording the establishment of an Individual PT. This research is a normative juridical legal research with a descriptive research nature. The research approach uses a regulatory approach (statutory approach) and a contextual approach (conceptual approach). The data used is secondary data consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. Data collection techniques and tools use literature studies and field studies through interviews with Notaries, the Regional Office of Law and Human Rights and banks. Based on the research results, it was found that the non-obligation to establish an Individual PT using a Notarial Deed aims to make it easier for MSMEs to develop their businesses by forming a legal entity in the form of a Limited Liability Company at a low cost and quickly as long as it meets the MSME criteria. However, on the other hand, the establishment of an Individual PT does not provide legal certainty because a notarial deed is seen as binding and perfect evidence. A notary is able to guarantee the capabilities of the founder through the company's deed of establishment and is able to provide legal certainty.
Santika Putri Pertiwi S, Ningrum Natasya Sirait, Mahmul Siregar Copyright (c) 2025 Santika Putri Pertiwi S, Ningrum Natasya Sirait, Mahmul Siregar https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://publish.ojs-indonesia.com/index.php/SIBATIK/article/view/3164 Sun, 29 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0000 ANALISIS STRATEGI PEMASARAN MELALUI TIKTOK DALAM MEMBANGUN KEPERCAYAAN KONSUMEN TERHADAP PRODUK ARTHA LDT DALAM PERSPEKTIF ETIKA BISNIS SYARIAH DI KABUPATEN SITUBONDO https://publish.ojs-indonesia.com/index.php/SIBATIK/article/view/3165
This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy implemented by Artha Ldt through the TikTok platform in building consumer trust in their products, as well as to examine the alignment of these strategies with the perspective of Islamic business ethics in Situbondo Regency. TikTok, as one of the rapidly growing social media platforms, offers significant potential for marketing products in a more creative and interactive way. However, in these efforts, companies need to ensure that the marketing approaches used remain in accordance with Islamic principles, such as honesty, transparency, and avoiding fraud. This research uses a qualitative approach with interview methods and content analysis on Artha Ldt’s official TikTok account. The results show that the use of TikTok can be effective in building consumer trust through the delivery of interesting and educational information, as well as more personal interaction. However, several challenges related to the application of Islamic business ethics were also found, such as the potential for promotions that do not align with Islamic principles. Therefore, it is recommended that Artha Ldt pay more attention to Islamic values in every marketing activity to strengthen reputation and consumer trust in the Situbondo market.
Ainol Yaqin, Wilda Nurholizah Copyright (c) 2025 Ainol Yaqin, Wilda Nurholizah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://publish.ojs-indonesia.com/index.php/SIBATIK/article/view/3165 Sun, 29 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0000 PENGARUH MOBILE BANKING, GAYA HIDUP DAN LITERASI KEUANGAN TERHADAP SIKAP TABZIR PADA MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH BIMA https://publish.ojs-indonesia.com/index.php/SIBATIK/article/view/3022
This study aims to empirically test the influence of mobile banking, lifestyle and financial literacy on tabzir attitudes in students of Muhammadiyah University of Bima. This study uses an associative quantitative approach. A sample of 365 respondents was selected through purposive sampling technique from a population of 4,191 students. The results of the study indicate that mobile banking and lifestyle have a positive and significant effect on students' tabzir attitudes. Conversely, financial literacy has a negative but insignificant effect. Simultaneously, mobile banking, lifestyle and financial literacy have a significant effect on tabzir attitudes in students of Muhammadiyah University of Bima. This study contributes to Islamic economic literature by integrating the concept of tabzir in the perspective of the Qur'an with the theory of consumer behavior and digital finance. These findings recommend the need for structured financial education for students, especially in the use of mobile banking.
Nur Wulan, Muhammad Rasyad Al Fajar, Dinah Husniah Copyright (c) 2025 Nur Wulan, Muhammad Rasyad Al Fajar, Dinah Husniah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://publish.ojs-indonesia.com/index.php/SIBATIK/article/view/3022 Sun, 29 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0000 UANG SEBAGAI PENGGANTI HEWAN QURBAN: KAJIAN FIQH KONTEMPORER https://publish.ojs-indonesia.com/index.php/SIBATIK/article/view/3049
The tradition of qurban in Islam according to sharia is realized through the slaughter of livestock as a form of approaching Allah and social solidarity. However, in modern developments, a form of qurban diversion has emerged from animal slaughter to cash transfer to those in need. This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of "cash qurban" from a contemporary fiqh perspective. Through a qualitative descriptive approach with a literature study method, this study explores the views of classical and contemporary scholars regarding the validity of this form of qurban diversion in a modern context. The results of the study show that although according to sharia qurban has symbolic and ritual dimensions attached to animal slaughter, there is room for ijtihad under certain conditions. For the 19th century tafsir scholar Sheikh As-Sa'di, the purpose of qurban can be achieved by spending some of one's wealth (maal), although it still raises debate, especially regarding the essence of qurban, intention, and the sustainability of its spiritual value. This study recommends a moderate approach that considers the interests of the community, without ignoring the basic principles of qurban worship in Islam.
Syaddan Dintara Lubis, Muhammad Iqbal Irham, Muhammad Faisal Hamdani Copyright (c) 2025 Syaddan Dintara Lubis, Muhammad Iqbal Irham, Muhammad Faisal Hamdani https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://publish.ojs-indonesia.com/index.php/SIBATIK/article/view/3049 Sun, 29 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0000 KEABSAHAN AKTA PENGIKATAN JUAL BELI TERHADAP SERTIPIKAT YANG DIBUAT NOTARIS UNTUK JAMINAN UTANG PIUTANG ORANG PERORANGAN (STUDI PUTUSAN NO. 2564K/PDT/2019 https://publish.ojs-indonesia.com/index.php/SIBATIK/article/view/3166
Debt problems often arise due to the failure of loan payments, leading the lender to take steps such as creating a power of attorney and a sale and purchase agreement. This study aims to analyze the validity of sales based on debt and the legal consequences and protection for the owner of the collateral object. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, focusing on legal norms found in legislation and court rulings. The results show that the sale of collateral in Ruling No. 2564K/PDT/2019 was declared void by law because there was no absolute power of attorney. The sale of collateral objects can only be conducted if the debt is accompanied by a debt acknowledgment deed. For personal debt, execution must be preceded by a lawsuit for default in court. The ruling states that the sale and purchase deed, based on the power of attorney to sell, was annulled by the court as it did not comply with the legal provisions concerning collateral in personal debt, rendering the agreement void. This is reinforced by Article 1335 of the Civil Code, which states that an agreement made without a valid cause or based on a false or illegal cause has no legal effect. Legal protection for the owner of the land rights is reflected in the annulment of the sale and purchase deed and power of attorney to sell, thereby automatically returning the Right to Build Certificate (SHGB) to the original owner, with the obligation to repay the debt as required by law.
Samira Balqis Davya Guci, Hasim Purba, Rosnidar Sembiring Copyright (c) 2025 Samira Balqis Davya Guci, Hasim Purba, Rosnidar Sembiring https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://publish.ojs-indonesia.com/index.php/SIBATIK/article/view/3166 Sun, 29 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0000
